These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SkyBrain website and waitlist (collectively, the "Services") provided by Path Evolution Network LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you ("you" or "User") agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. About SkyBrain

SkyBrain is a revenue intelligence platform currently in development. The Services at this time consist of an informational website and a waitlist for early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the SkyBrain platform, early access invitations, or any specific product features.

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or discontinue the platform or any aspect of it at any time without notice or obligation to waitlist participants.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Our Services are not directed to children under 18.

3. Waitlist

By joining the SkyBrain waitlist, you:

• Provide your contact information (such as name and email address) voluntarily
• Agree to receive product updates, announcements, and early access communications from us
• Acknowledge that joining the waitlist does not create any contractual obligation on our part to provide access, pricing, features, or timelines

You may unsubscribe from our communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or contacting us at pathevolutionnetwork@gmail.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with SkyBrain and our Services are owned by or licensed to Path Evolution Network LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

This includes, without limitation:

• The SkyBrain name, logo, brand identity, and visual design
• The platform concept, product architecture, and user interface designs
• All written content, marketing materials, and website copy
• Proprietary methodologies, workflows, and features described or depicted on our website

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, informational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission
• Use the SkyBrain name, logo, or brand assets in any way without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, imitate, or create derivative works based on SkyBrain's product design or concept
• Use our content or brand for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Path Evolution Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, lost opportunities, or reliance on waitlist placement.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, unless otherwise required by local law.
